Aircraft Dispatcher Training
We offer courses for aviation dispatcher training which qualify graduates for the FAA Aircraft Flight Dispatcher Certificate. Courses are designed for individuals or airline employees seeking their FAA Aircraft Flight Dispatchers License. Five courses are available for initial training. Recurrent training for those who already have Dispatcher Licenses is also available.
Initial Aircraft Dispatcher Courses:
Residency Aircraft Dispatcher Certification Course - 5 weeks
For students with no aviation experience, Pan Am provides a comprehensive course. Students attend class five days a week and are able to complete the entire program-including all FAA certification checks and includes the dispatch written test. When the student graduates they have a FAA aircraft dispatcher license.
Pre-Requisites:
- Age 21
- English Proficiency
- High School or Equivalent Graduate.

Online & Residency Aircraft Dispatcher Certification Course - 3, 2 week or 5 day course
For students with a busy schedule, we offer aircraft dispatcher course that is available in 3, 2 week or 5 day classroom session. You will begin this course with home study preparing for your in classroom instruction. Students attend class five days a week and are able to complete the entire program-including all FAA certification checks. When the student graduates they have a FAA aircraft dispatcher license.

Recurrent Aircraft Dispatcher Courses:
Annual Refresher Aircraft Dispatcher Training - 2/3 days
This course is designed for students that already hold a FAA or International Equivalent Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate. Students attend class for 2 to 3 days. When the student graduates they have met the requirement of annual recurrent Aicraft Dispatcher Training and are provided a certificate of completion.
