Workforce Investment Act (WIA)
Some states provide financial assistance for type training for "dislocated workers or furloughed pilots". This assistance is granted through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program. Pan Am International Flight Academy is approved in most states and has extensive experience in helping students get US government assistance for training.

Pan Am In-House Financing
Flight Attendant training programs are eligible for In-House Financing. Ask your Sales Account Executive about how to apply for in-house financing for these programs.

Maximum Flight Training Benefit:
Most veterans now have benefits under Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33). Under Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33), the benefit’s maximum rate per academic year is capped. . The cap for the current academic year (August 1, 2017 - July 31, 2018) is $13,031.61. A few veterans still have benefits available to them under Montgomery GI Bill - Active Duty (MGIB-AD/Chapter 30). The maximum rate for flight training benefits under Montgomery GI Bill is capped at 60% of the approved charges.
